3 cans of clams, minced
1/4 lb. bacon
1 medium onion, minced
1 stalk celery, finely sliced
1 small can corn
3-4 potatoes, peeled and cubed
1 1/2 cups water
1 3/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 cups half & half or 2 cups milk
1/2 cup butter
3/4 cup flour

Directions:
Directions:
1. Saute bacon, celery and onion until golden brown in butter and juice from the clams. Add salt, pepper and flour and stir mixture well.
2. Put the clams in the crock pot and pour bacon mixture over top. Add corn.
3. Cover and cook on low for 3-4 hours.
4. Add half and half and mix very well.
5. Continue cooking for another 1-2 hours.
