4 cups cooked or canned garbanzo beans (chickpeas)
1 small potato
1/2 red onion
2 large garlic cloves
1/2 cup tahini
4 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 cup fresh parsley
1 tbsp. cumin
1 tbsp. corriander
salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste

Cube and boil potato. Chop onion, garlic and fresh parsley. Combine all ingredients in food processor and blend until mostly smooth. Refrigerate for 2 hours. Form little patties 1/4" thick and place in well oiled frying pan. Cook flipping once until golden colour.
