2 small onions, chopped
1 c. celery, chopped
3 tbsp. butter
1 can cream of chicken soup
6 oz. spaghetti
1 tsp lemon juice
pepper
1 can mushrooms
1 small can chicken
2 chicken bouillon cubes
parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Place small chicken, cut in pieces, in a large stock pot covered with ample water. Add 2 chicken bouillon cubes, 1 small onion, and 1/2 cup celery; boil until tender. Cool.
While chicken cools, brown 1 small onion and 1/2 cup celery in butter. Add cream of chicken soup and some of the broth. Bring to a boil and add spaghetti, broken in small pieces, lemon juice, pepper and salt to taste. Add broth as needed. When spaghetti is cooked, add chicken pieces, removed from bones and one can of mushrooms. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
