1/2 cup almond butter
1/2 cup tahini
1/4 cup shredded, unsweetened coconut
1/4 cup ground flaxseeds, sesame seeds, or a combination of both
agave syrup to taste
I also add 1 tbsp. cacoa powder, 1 tbsp. pomegranate powder

In a food processor, blend all ingredients at high speed until well mixed. Form into balls. If desired, they be rolled in unsweetened coconut. Can be stored in freezer.
