3 (10 oz.) packages frozen chopped spinach
1 stick butter
1 onion
1 large can mushrooms
2 cans artichoke hearts
1 pt or more sour cream
1 can water chestnuts
Salt and pepper
Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Heat and drain spinach. Saute' onion and mushrooms in butter. Mix all ingredients together in casserole dish and top with parmesean. Heat at 350º for 20 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
