2-3 pounds round steak or any other meat
1 large sweet vidalia onion
2 cans whole potatoes
Small petite carrots
Garlic
Wine
Ketchup
2 jars mushroom gravy
Salt
Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cut meat into individual portion sizes and seer in hot frying pan. Place meat into crockpot. Sautéed onions and garlic and add to pot. Mix mushroom gravy with 1 cup of wine, salt and pepper and about a 1/4 cup of ketchup. Poor mixture over meat, onions and garlic. Add carrots and cook for 6 hours in the crock pot. Then add drained canned potatoes and continue to cook for another hour or 2.
Must serve with crispy French bread for dipping!
