1 1/4 cup sugar
1/3 cup corn syrup
1/4 tsp salt
1/3 cup water

Directions:
Cook this for 2 minutes in microwave at full powder, stir then cook for 8 more minutes (hard ball stage). Using a 2 quart casserole. When it comes to hard ball stage, pour over 2 egg whites, beat until stiff peeks firm. Add 1 teaspoon vanilla and nuts if desired. Beat and drop on waxed paper or pour into buttered pan.
