First Layer:
½ c butter
¼ c sugar
5 TBSP cocoa.
1 egg, beaten
1 ¾ c graham crumbs
¾ c fine-medium coconut
½ c walnuts, finely chopped
Second Layer
½ c butter
3 TBSP milk
2 TBSP custard powder
2 c icing sugar.
Third Layer
2/3 c semi sweet chocolate chips or 4 squares of semi sweet chocolate
2 TBSP butter.

First Layer:
Melt first 3 ingredients slowly. Add beaten egg. Stir to cook and thicken. Remove from heat.
Add graham crackers, coconut and walnuts. Press into 9 inch pan and Cool.
Second Layer:
Cream and beat until light and fluffy. Spread over cooled base. (If it isn’t cooled sufficiently, the second layer will melt instead of spreading nicely)
Third Layer:
Melt together until runny. Cool a bit. When cool but still runny, spread over second layer. Chill. Makes 36 squares.
