1 c cornstarch
1 c icing sugar
3 c flour, plus or minus
1 lb butter (not margarine!)

1 lb butter (not margarine!)
Mix together by hand. Roll out flat. Cut and bake at 325 F for about 20 minutes, until golden (cooked but not brown). Don’t roll too thin and don’t overbake.

NB: Gwen makes this into logs, cools in fridge and then slices.
