3 squares of baking chocolate
2 heaping tbsp butter
1 C powdered sugar
2 tsp vanilla
1 egg well beaten
1 tsp lemon juice
1 C ground pecans or walnut
3/4 pkg of multi-color mini marshmallows
1 1/2 C Shredded Coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Melt chocolate and butter til smooth.
Add powdered sugar, then egg,vanilla, lemon juice, coat well.
Fold in Marshmallows and nuts.

Divide coconut on 4 sheets of wax paper, should make 4 rolls.

Pour the chocolate mixture into rolls on wax paper.

Form a long roll with the coconut. Roll in the wax paper firmly.

Refrigerate or Freeze.

Slice prior to thawing and serving.

This has been a family favorite for years. Anne Mansfield was my Grandmothers/Bubbies sister.
Every time she would come over to visit she would bring this with.
Margo is Anne's daughter, one of the sweetest people you would ever want to meet. Max's Hebrew name is after Anne's husband Howard Mansfield, a truly amazing and loving man.
