Ingredients:  
6 boneless pork chops
3-4 unpeeled apples, cored and sliced
1/4 c brown sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon
2 tbsp. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 400 degrees. Brown pork chops in pan. Place pork chops in greased 9x13 baking dish and bake for 1/2 hour. Take out of oven and cover each pork chop with apple slices. Combine brown sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle over apples. Dot with butter. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for an additional hour.
