1 C white sugar
1 C apple cider vinegar
1/2 C vegetable oil
1 tsp paprika
Salt and Pepper to taste
Veggies:
Onions, Carrots, Peppers, Cucumber, Tomato, etc

Directions:
Directions:
Whisk all ingredients (minus Veggies).

Chop up the veggies and add to the liquid in storage container. Refrigerate for a minimum of 24 hours.

Serve with french or italian bread. Awesome during the summer!

You can continually re-add veggies to this until the marinade is gone. Grandma/Bubbie use to make this every summer. Everyone loved it and would go thru tons of bread soaking up the juice.(Yes our family loves its carbs!)
