Ingredients:
1 cup water
1 cup butter
1 cup flour
4 eggs

Directions:
Boil water and butter; add flour. Stir hard. Transfer to bosch and mix in eggs one at a time. Heat frying oil. Form dough into 1 inch balls and fry in oil until golden brown and puffed, turning as needed. (They kind of turn themselves.) Now dust them with powdered sugar. Either sprinkle them with a sifter, turning to coat, or shake them in a bag with powdered sugar while warm. It should kind of melt on to them.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
The "Grand Lux" serves them with 3 amazing sauces that I have not been able to duplicate. They are a chocolate sauce, (probably just melted chocolate with a little oil to thin it), a seedless raspberry sauce, and a vanilla Jack Daniels sauce. (I don't see myself in a liquor store so no luck with this one.) Anyway, just do your best on these. Just google something right. Vanilla pudding, raspberry jam and hot fudge would be the best substitutes.
