3 cups flour
2 eggs
1/2 cup cocoa
1 cup Mazola oil
2 cups white sugar
1 cup buttermilk
pinch of salt
1 cup hot water
2 tsp. soda.
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl then make a well in the center. Mix eggs, oil and buttermilk together and pour into the well of the dry ingredients. Mix well and last add the hot water.
Pour into large pan and bake 50-60 minutes in a 350ºF oven.
