7 c. white or French bread, crusts removed, cut in one inch cubes
6 oz. cream cheese cut in small cubes
6 eggs well beaten
1 c. milk
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/3 c. maple syrup

Directions:
Directions:
Place one half of bread cubes in well greased 8 x 8 deep pan. Dot cheese on top. Cover with rest of bread. Combine rest of ingredients and pour over bread and cheese. Cover with plastic wrap in refrigerate overnight. Bake in preheated 375º oven for 45 minutes, till knife comes out clean. Serve immediately.

Serve with bacon or sausage, cheeses, fruit and more maple syrup. If using a 10 x 12 pan multiply ingredients by 1.66. If using a 9 x 10 pan multiply by 1.33.
