1c or 2 c Quinoa depending on crowd - cooked according to pkg
Celery
Red, Yellow, Orange Peppers
Red onion
Feta Cheese
Rinsed Black beans or Chick Peas ( optional)
Pine Nuts (optional)
Kraft Zesty Lime Dressing
Kraft Greek Feta Dressing
Dried Basil
Salt & Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cook & cool Quinoa, add diced celery, onion & peppers, crumbled feta & beans
Toss with equal parts Zesty Lime & Greek dressing until coated- season with dried basil if you want. Will probably need quite a bit of salt & pepper to taste
Keeps for a few days if you don't eat it all the first day
