3 sweet potatoes
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp brown sugar
1/2 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/8-1/4 cayenne pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º F. Peel potatoes and cut into 1" wedges. In a large bowl, toss potatoes with oil. Mix sugar and seasoning together, sprinkle on potatoes and stir until evenly coated. Place on a non-stick baking sheet. Roast potatoes for 30 minutes, turning every 10 minutes until tender and browned.
