1 lb hamburger
1 egg
1/4 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup raw rice
1 small onoin, chopped fine
Salt and pepper to taste
1 small can of tomato sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all together with your hands the hamburger, rice, egg, onoin, garlic and salt. Roll into balls about 2" round. Brown in fry pan and drain off excess grease. Stir together sauce, water and Worcestershire. Pour over meatballs. Cover and simmer for 1 hour on low heat, adding more water if needed.
