6 cups (or more) shredded cabbage
1 package Ichiban
1 cup chow mien noodles
1 can mushrooms (or fresh)
1 package bean sprouts
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
1/2 cup almonds (toasted and slivered)
1 can water chestnuts (sliced)

DRESSING:
1 package Ichiban noodle seasoning (oriental flavour preferred)
1/2 cup oil
3 tbsp vinegar
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 tbsp sugar
1/4 tsp pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together all ingredients for salad. Crush Ichiban noodles and add to salad mixture. For dressing, mix all ingredients into a sealable container. Shake well and add to salad mixture directly before serving.
