1 box farfalle pasta (bow tie)
1 lb chicken cooked and diced, optional
5 stalks celery chopped
2 bunches green onions, thinly sliced
Zest of two fresh lemons
3 c. red grapes (can half them or leave whole.)


DRESSING:
1/2 c. mayo
1/2 c. salad dressing (Miracle whip)
Juice from 2 lemons
1 - 2 tbsp. Dried tarragon (to taste)
2 - 3 sugar (to taste)

Cook pasta al dente and cool. Combine with chicken celery, onion, grapes and lemon peel. Let marinate a few hours if you have time. Otherwise, just toss with dressing and chill until ready to serve.

This is a refreshing summertime salad! It comes from a little bountiful cafe called "Plates and Palates." If you like a stronger lemon flavor, try adding more lemon zest to the pasta. You can also add toasted almonds if desired.
