1 1/2 c Basmati Rice
2 Chicken breasts
3 tbsp. OLIVE oil
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp. dried basil
1 tbsp. dried parsley
1 stalk of celery
5 green onions
3/4 cup frozen peas
6 tbsp. Soya Sauce #
may add additional vegetables

Rice:
- Rinse Basmatic rice then cook as per instructions(Usually takes 30 minutes)
Chicken:
- Cut chicken into small cubes
- Mix salt, pepper, garlic, basil and parsley together and coat chicken pieces
- Warm olive oil in fry pan and cook chicken
- Chop up celery and green oinions. Simmer in a large pot with 3 tbsp Soya sauce and frozen peas for 10 minutes.
- Add cooked chicken and basmati rice.
- Add reminder of soya sauce and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring a couple times
