2-cups flour
1/3 cup sugar
1/4 cup dry milk
1 1/4 cup hot water
3/4 oz. yeast
1/3 cup butter
1 1/2 tsp. salt

Filling:
1-lb. ground beef
2/3 cup cabbage,finely chopped
1/4 cup chopped onions

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve yeast in warm water.Add butter,sugar and milk-mix well.
Add flour,salt-knead 10 minutes. Cover and let rise.Roll raised dough thin 1/4
inch.Cut into 5-inch squares.
Brown meat with onion-drain off fat and add cabbage-cook 10 minutes.
Cool meat mixture to lukewarm.
Place scoop of filling in middle of square.Bring up all 4 corners over filling and seal edges well.Let rise.
Bake 350º for 25 minutes.
Makes 10 rolls.
