Ingredients: 8 oz. cream cheese (softened) 3 oz. feta (room temperature) 2 t. fresh basil (roughly chopped) (1/2 t. if using dried basil) 2 t. fresh parsley (roughly chopped) (1/2 t. if using dried parsley) 2 garlic cloves (peeled) 1 T. red onion (roughly chopped) 1 -2 jalapeņos (roughly chopped, seeded & deveined) 1 T. lemon juice 1 T. honey 2 t. red wine vinegar 3 T. olive oil salt & pepper to taste

Directions:Add feta and cream cheese to food processor and pulse until cheeses are mixed. Continue to mix 3-4 minutes until cheeses are very smooth. Add remaining ingredients and pulse until smooth. Season with salt & pepper to taste. Serve at room temperature or warmed. Serve with veggies, pita crackers, breads, etc. |
