1 lb. ground beef, browned
2 pkg. baby red instant mashed potatoes
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 small cans sliced mushrooms, drained
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare potatoes as directed on package. When done, stir in 6 oz.cream cheese & ½ cup cheese until blended. Combine meat, mushrooms, 2 ounces cream cheese and soup and place in bottom of casserole. Place potatoes on top then top with remaining cheese. Bake at 350' for 20 minutes or until heated through.
