1½ Pounds ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
1 (26 oz) jar spaghetti sauce
¼ cup butter
¼ cup flour
½ cup Parmesan cheese
1 (12 oz) can evaporated milk
¼ teaspoon pepper
3 cups shredded cheddar cheese
grated Parmesan cheese
8 oz. uncooked spaghetti, broken into pieces

Directions:
Directions:
Cook meat and onion in skillet until meat is brown. Drain. Stir in spaghetti sauce. Melt butter in a saucepan over medium low heat. Whisk in flour until smooth. Cook 1 minute, whisking constantly. Gradually add in milk. Cook over medium heat,, whisking constantly for 8 minutes or until sauce is thickened and bubbly. Remove from heat and stir in ½ cup Parmesan cheese and pepper. Spoon 1/3 of meat mixture into a lightly greased slow cooker. Spread ½ of the broken noodles over meat. Spread ½ of the white sauce over noodles and sprinkle with 1 cup of cheese. Repeat layers once. Spread remaining meat mixture over cheese. Top with remaining shredded cheese. Cover and cook on low for 4 hours. Let stand 10 minutes before serving. Serve with Parmesan cheese.
