2 (8 oz) cans unsweetened pineapple chunks, undrained
3 tablespoons orange-flavored liqueur
4 large oranges
4 medium bananas
2 tablespoons powdered sugar, divided
1 (3½ oz) can flaked coconut
6 maraschino cherries, halved

Directions:
Directions:
Drain pineapple, reserving juice; set aside. Combine liqueur & pineapple juice; set aside. Peel oranges removing white membranes, cut into 1/8 inch thick slices. Peel bananas & cut into 1/8" slices. Dip bananas into reserved pineapple juice mixture. Arrange ½ the orange slices in a 2½ quart serving bowl. Sprinkle with 1 tablespoon powdered sugar. Top with half the banana slices and ½ the pineapple chunks; sprinkle with ½ the coconut. Repeat layers of fruit & powdered sugar. Pour reserved pineapple juice mixture over fruit; sprinkle with remaining coconut and garnish with cherries. Refrigerate until serving.
