1 pound lean ground beef
1 large onion, diced
4 large potatoes, sliced
4 large carrots, sliced
2 cups peas, frozen
2 cans Progresso French Onion soup
salt, to taste
pepper, to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Brown hamburger and onion together in large skillet. Drain off grease. Add remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes, or until potatoes and carrots are cooked through.
