1 can (16 oz) whole kernel corn, undrained
1 can (16 oz) creamed corn
1/2 c. margarine, melted
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. sour cream
1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients in a greased 2 qt casserole dish. Bake at 350º F for 1 hr, or until golden brown. Allow to stand 10 min. before serving.

This was a staple at any holiday meal. Anytime Grandpa served turkey or ham, you could be sure there would be corn casserole.
