1 medium head of lettuce, chopped
1 lb ground beef, browned and drained
4 medium tomatoes, chopped
1 can kidney beans, rinsed and drained
1 large onion, chopped
4 oz cheddar cheese, grated
1 bag Taco Doritos or Frito Lay Corn Chips broken up
add just before serving
Dressing
1 c Crisco oil
1/4 c vinegar
1/3 c sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 small onion
1/4 c catsup


Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl combine all the salad ingredients except chips; set aside. Add all the dressing ingredients in a blender; blend well. Just before serving, toss the dressing with the salad or serve on the side. Add the chips when ready to serve.
