1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
1 tbsp. olive oil
1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
1/2 C. Parmesan cheese
salt/pepper
4 pork chops

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 400 degrees. Mix all ingredients, except pork chops and dredge pork chops in mixture. Put in heated oven for 10 minutes or until done.
