1 Cornish Game Hen, partially defrosted and one per person
1 pkg. Uncle Ben's Wild Rice
1 tbsp. orange marmalade or apricot marmalade or jam
Directions:
Directions:
Prepare the wild rice according to directions on the package. Let rice cool for 15 minutes. Stuff the Cornish Hens with rice and bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour, (Wiggle the leg and if it moves freely it is done.) 15 minutes before the birds are done spoon marmalade over the Hens. It will brown up nicely.
