1 ½ cups finely crushed vanilla wafers
1 cup sifted powdered sugar
3 tablespoons cocoa
1 cup finely chopped pecans
3 tablespoons white corn syrup
¼ cup bourbon OR rum
Powdered sugar for coating




Directions:
Directions:
Combine crushed wafers, powdered sugar, cocoa and pecans in a mixing bowl.
Add corn syrup and bourbon (or rum); blend well.
Form into 1” balls.
Then roll in powdered sugar to coat.
Place on waxed paper and allow to dry for several hours.
Store in air-tight container for several days before serving.
The flavor improves with aging.
