1 cup Softened butter
1 1/2 cups All purpose flour
1/2 cup Icing Sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Combine ingredients in a bowl and beat for 10 minutes, until light and fluffy. Spoon onto cookie sheets 2" apart. Bake at 350ºF for 12 - 15 minutes or until light golden on bottom edge of cookie. Let cool on cookie sheet before transferring to container.
