1/2 c. butter
2 T. sugar
1 t. vanilla
1 c. pecans (finely ground)
1 c. flour
Directions:
Directions:
Beat butter until soft. Add sugar, vanilla. Stir in pecans & flour. Roll dough into small balls. Place on greased baking sheet. Bake at 300º for 45 minutes. Roll cookies while hot in confectioner sugar. When cool, roll the cookies again.
