4-5 sliced bacon
4-6 pork chops, cut 3/4" thick
2-3 large potatoes, peeled and sliced thin
1-16oz. can solid-packed tomatoes, chopped
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. caraway seeds
1 16 oz. can sauerkraut
1 large onion, sliced thin

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Cover the bottom of casserole dish with slices of bacon. Top the bacon with a layer of sauerkraut. Lay the pork chops on top with a layer of onion rings. Arrange a layer of thin potato slices. Cover with the tomatoes. Season with s/p and sprinkle with caraway seeds. Cover and bake for about 2 hours, until the meat is tender.
