1 stick Butter or Margarine
2 cups Converted Rice
3 1/2 cups Hot Water
4 Beef Bouillon Cubes
1 cup Slivered Almonds
5 Green Onions, chopped
5 tbsp. Soy Sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in skillet and add rice. Dissolve cubes in water and add to rice. Bring to a boil, cover and reduce to simmer. Cook for 20 minutes or until most of water is absorbed. Stir occasionally. Remove from heat; add onions and soy sauce. Toss lightly and top with roasted almonds. May be made ahead of time and reheated.
