1-2 Loafs of Cuban Breads
4-6 Palomilla Steaks
2 Tomatoes
1 Red Onion
2 Pkts Sazon Goya con cilantro y achiote
Minced Garlic
Sazon Completa
Salt
Pepper
Potato Sticks
Lettuce

Directions:
Directions:
Season steaks with sliced red onions, sazon goya, minced garlic, sazon completa, salt and pepper. Rub seasoning well onto steaks.

On a skillet cook steaks on each side for 2-4 minutes. When steaks are cooked, remove from skillet and put it on pieces of bread loaf. Top with tomato, onion, lettuce and potato sticks, remove or add toppings as desired.
