1 Cup Water
1/2 Cup Butter
4 Eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Heat water and butter to a rolling boil in a saucepan.
Stir in 1 cup of flour.
Stir vigorously over LOW heat until mixture leaves the pan and forms a ball (about 1 minute)
Remove from heat.

Beat in eggs, one at a time. Beat mixture until smooth and velvety. Drop from spoon onto ungreased baking sheet. Bake until dry @ 400º for 40-50minutes. For smaller puffs, reduce temperature to 375 º and bake until light brown.

Cool slowly. Fill with whip cream and serve immediately.
