2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. baking soda
pinch of salt
1 20 oz. can crushed pineapple

FROSTING

1 ½ cups sugar
2/3 cup evaporated milk
1 stick margarine
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup chopped nuts
1 cup coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar, eggs, add pineapple (do not drain),
add mixture of flour, baking soda, salt. Beat
together. Pour into 10 x 15 inch greased
cookie sheet with sides. Bake at 375º for 25
minutes.

FROSTING

Boil 1st 3 ingredients for 3 minutes,
add vanilla, nuts and coconut.
Put on hot cake.
