1 quart thin sliced peeled potatoes
1/3 c butter or margarine
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
In a 10 x 6 baking dish, arrange 1/3 of potatoes in layer. Dot with butter: dash with salt and pepper. Repeat with 2 more layers. Cover with foil and bake at 425º about 40 minutes or until done. To brown top, uncover last 10 minutes of baking.
