8oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup mayonnaise
3-4oz can of small or broken shrimp
1 cup seafood cocktail sauce
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 green pepper (chopped)
3 green onions (chopped)
1 tomato (diced)
1 box of snack crackers (to dip)
Directions:
Directions:
1) Mix first 3 ingredients together,
2) Spread over 12 inch deep pizza pan,
3) Scatter shrimp over cheese mixture,
4) Add layers of seafood cocktail sauce,
5) Sprinkle mozzarella cheese, green pepper onions and tomatoes,
6) Cover and chill until ready to serve.
