12 lbs softened cream cheese
8 lbs softened gorgonzola cheese
1 qt North Peak Ale
8 C Toasted Pecans
4 C Dried Cherries

Obviously this is a large amount being made...it's the recipe for North Peak Brewing Company. Break it down according to your needs :)

Mix cream cheese and gorgonzola cheese until smooth.
Add beer blend
Add toasted pecans and cherries
MIX

Place in baking dish and bake until golden brown on top. Serve with pita chips.
