⅓ C. margarine, softened
⅓ C. sugar
2 eggs, beaten
3 ripe bananas, creamed
2 C. flour
1 t. soda
1 C. nuts, chopped
Vegetable cooking spray

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°F. Coat muffin pan with vegetable cooking spray. Cream margarine and sugar together. Add beaten eggs. Add creamed bananas to sugar mixture alternately with dry ingredients. Add chopped nuts. Pour into greased muffin pan. Fill each muffin cup about ⅔ full.
