1 tbsp. flour
8-10 fully cooked ham half - bone in
Whole cloves
2 Bay leaves
1 large Reynolds cooking bag
1 16-ounce bottle spicey ginger ale

PREP:
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
Shake flour in Reynolds Oven Bag, large size, place in roasting pan at least 2 inches deep.
Trim skin and fat off of ham leaving a thin layer of fat. Lightly score surface of ham in diamond pattern; insert cloves.
Place ham in oven bag. Add ginger ale over the top of the ham.
Close oven bag with nylon tie; cut six 1/2 inch slits in top. Insert meat thermometer through slit in bag into thickest part of the ham, not touching the bone. Tuck ends of bag in pan.

COOK:
Bake 2-2-1/2 hours or until meat thermometer reads 140 degrees. Let stand in oven bag 15 minutes.
REYNOLDS KITCHEN TIP: an 8-10 lb. fully cooked boneless ham half may be substituted for the bone-in ham half.
