2 1/4 c. Bisquick Baking Mix, divided
1/2 c. powdered sugar
3/4 c. cold butter, cut up
2 c. granulated sugar
1/2 c. chopped pecans, toasted
3 1/2 T. unsweetened cocoa
2 T. cornmeal
1/4 c. butter, melted
1/4 c. milk
1 T. white vinegar
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
4 eggs, lightly beaten
Powdered sugar

Directions:
Combine 2 c. baking mix and 1/2 c. powdered sugar cut in 3/4 c. cold butter with a pastry blender or fork until mixture is crumbly.Press mixture firmly into bottom of a 13 x 9 pan. Bake at 350º for 20 minutes or until crust is lightly browned. Stir together remaining 1/4 c. baking mix, granulated sugar, chopped pecans, and next 7 ingredients until blended. Pour over crust. Bake at 350º for 35 minutes or until lightly browned and set. Cool on wire rack. Cut into 2-inch squares, and dust lightly with powdered sugar. Makes 2 dozen bars.s
