1 c. shortening
1 c. white sugar
1 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. peanut butter
1/4 c. powdered dry milk
2 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. chopped salted peanuts

Directions:
Directions:
Cream shortening, sugars, eggs and vanilla. Beat in peanut butter. Add dry milk. Sift flour and soda together. Blend into creamed mixture. Stir in peanuts.

Pre-heat over to 350º. Shape dough into balls, place on ungreased cookie sheet. Flatten with a glass dipped in sugar. Bake for about 10 minutes.
