CANNED VEGETABLES:
Black Beans
Small Red Beans
Small Can of Corn
Can of Diced Tomato with Chili Peppers
Small Can Tomato Paste
FRESH VEGETABLES:
2 Jalapeņos
1 Pablano Pepper
1 Red Pepper
2 Clove Garlic
1 Yellow or White Onion
SPICES:
Hot Chili Spice Packet
Chili Powder
Garlic Powder
Cumin
Dried Mustard
Liquid Smoke
Red Pepper Flakes
Cayenne Pepper
MEAT:
1 Pack of Hot Sausage (remove casing)
Turkey Chop Meat or Beef

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cut the vegetables up and combine, divide into three sections.
2. Put all beans (drained), and corn into crock-pot. Put one part of the vegetables into the crock-pot.
3. Put a sprinkle (5 shakes) of chili powder, garlic powder, dried mustard, cayenne pepper, and red pepper flakes into the crock-pot.
4. Cook the meat. Use a potato masher to break apart evenly. Season with salt and pepper, liquid smoke (just a few drops over the meat),and half of the hot chili packet
(Put the other half of the packet into the crock-pot).
Put part 2 of the vegetables into the meat and cook until browned.
5. Stir meat mixture into the crock-pot.
6. Cook the rest of the vegetables and season with chili powder, cumin, cayenne pepper, and pepper. Add in the diced tomatoes with chili peppers (drain can slightly so chili isn't watery). Saute together for a few minutes until vegetables are soft, then stir into crock-pot.
7. Mush ingredients in crock-pot together with the potato masher. Stir in; franks red hot, more chili powder and cumin. Stir in 1 can of tomato paste.
8. For an extra kick (burn your mouth) add two drops of Dave's insanity sauce.
9. Cook on low for 8 hours, or on high for 4 hours.
