2 firm medium white onions
1 c water
1 c vinegar
1/2 c sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp garlic with parsley salt

Directions:
Directions:
Carefully pick your onions-don't want soft or green. Slice onions into a 1 kg cheez whiz jar(easy to get onions in and out). In 4 c measuring cup mix dry ingredients. Add wet to dry. Mix well until all is dissolved. Pour over onions and refrigerate. Keeps crisp for about two weeks.
