1.5 lb ground beef
1 egg beaten
1/3 c finely chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 c oatmeal
Sauce:
1 c chili or BBQ sauce
1/4 c brown sugar
2 T vinegar
1 tsp. mustard powder
3 or more tobasco drops

Directions:

Mix together first 5 ingredients. Shape into a somewhat flattened loaf and wrap in double thickness of foil. Cook over indirect medium heat for about 1 1/4 hours. Turn package a 1/4 turn every 15 minutes so cooks evenly. Mix sauce ingredients. Open foil and drain off fat. Spread sauce over top, leaving foil open and cook about 15 minutes or until bubbly.
