2 c.cooked green beans(tender crisp)
2 c.cooked corn
1/ 2 c diced celery or 1 c. sliced water chestnuts
1/2 onion chopped
1 can cream of CELERY soup (no other works)
1/2 c sour cream
1/2 c shredded cheddar cheese
pepper to taste
option-1/4 c chopped red pepper-looks good
topping:
11/2 c cracker crumbs
1/2 c toasted sliced almonds
1/4 c melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all vegetables in large bowl. Add soup, sour cream,cheese and pepper.Pour into well greased 2.5 qt casserole dish. Mix topping ingredients and sprinkle on top.
bake at 350º for 30-35 minutes until light brown and bubbly.
